With the holidays coming up, there’s a good chance some of you will be entering a house of worship (need we remind you the holidays aren’t all about getting the latest bargains at overcrowded malls and piped-in reindeer jingles?).

So in the spirit of  symbolism, we were drawn to this Circle of Antiquity medallion/amulet charm necklace by Seattle-based jewelry and accessories designer Shannon Koszyk (pronounced Koh-zik). The antiqued necklaces features a blend of elements, including a Lotus center, Circle of Antiquity, Framed Cross, Mary medal, Bronze Maltese cross, recast vintage medal and African cross, all hanging off a rosary-style chain of gray freshwater pearls.

All of Koszyk’s pieces have a rich, artifact quality, much like her rings with Latin sayings and Joan of Arc-inspired pieces. All are sterling silver with bronze. Koszyk also makes incredible antiqued candles with medallions, hardware like drawer pulls and candle sticks.

So however you celebrate the holidays, think about getting in touch with your spiritual side.  Or at least wearing some sort of amulet to protect you at those overcrowded malls!

Fans just have to wait and watch for the verdict of the management to be made in the coming days. Second, consider advantage of the info you can get from numerous music weblogs. There will be a sequence of 14 concerts, adorned with the iconic imagery of the old Masters and the Contemporary photography. An example of an unconventional medium used was a spinning top, which was started at a certain point, but was left to move on its own. Sure, promoting a show on the radio drew fans to the show, but how about the listeners who got tired of waiting for the ticket giveaway or those who weren't interested in that particular concert?
